Catherine Bothwell and Mark Dietrich – Asara wine Estate, 05 February 2011
Catherine and Mark had a 4 tiered dark chocolate ganache wedding cake decorated in our favourite style at the Hunt House Kitchen – the chocolate tower. This cake has four separate tiers covered in strips of white Lindt couverture chocolate shaped in an organic fashion with lots of movement and character. Each tower looks different. It just depends on how the chocolate behaves on the day.

Leipzig supplied the beautiful locally sourced cluster roses, which compliments this style in the best of ways. These cluster roses are a firm favourite with us as they work better on almost any style of cake in the sense that they are small and dainty and very conveniently light weighted.

John Armstrong took the stunning pictures featuring a very happy couple – especially the bride, as she just had to hug the fairytale fitting creation. These images in themselves tell such a lovely story that I feel enough said…
